Ridgefield Babe Ruth Inter-League Baseball:

Our goal is not to compete for the purpose of 'winning' trophies but as a development program. Our participation in events 

is to prepare our players for the next level. Our future success in events will be a result of our development program. As a foundation of our program, we require our staff, players and families to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
