Please make sure to mark your schedule, as we're conducting our 3rd annual "Awareness Session" for players 12 and over, on April 4, 2007 from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at RHS. Over the last few years we have seen a number of our players come down with arm and elbow injuries. The "Awareness Session" will provide you with information on how these injuries occur, what steps are needed for recovery and how we can prevent them from occurring in the future.
We will also share many new enhancements to the program, as outlined above! This will be a very informative session on where Ridgefield Baseball is heading. We are asking "all" players, parents and coaches to be in attendance.
