To better serve the baseball community in Ridgefield, Babe Ruth is partnering with APZ to provide enhanced player development and strength and conditioning programs.  These two programs are available to all Babe Ruth players who want to perform at the highest level.
 

• Strength and Conditioning - Athletic Performance Zone (APZ) will be leading our condition program. The fee to join is $80.00 per month and will start on September 1^st. Each player will be evaluated on Function Movement Screening (FMS) 11 key movement categories and receiveProficiency Testing and Sports Specific Evaluation throughout your training. • Player Development - 360 Degree Program provides coaching and training in base running, hitting, footwork, fielding, throwing and pitching. Alex can discuss with you the program and the fees.
